Welcome to the Global Airport Taxi Partner Program. By enrolling as an agent, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

Company Information

Global Airport Taxi is a trading name of QMH TECHNOLOGIES LTD, registered in England & Wales under registration number 13506378, with its registered office address at 10-16 Tiller Road, London, England, E14 8PX, United Kingdom.

Eligibility

• The program is open to individuals or businesses, including hotel owners, managers, staff (receptionists, waiters, concierges), travel agents, and airport workers, who have direct contact with travelers.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.

Account Creation

• To join the program, you must create an account on the Global Airport Taxi Agents portal.
• Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.

Commission Structure

• The commission rate is 30%. We recommend that hotel owners offer an exclusive 10% discount to hotel guests and retain the remaining 20% for the hotel. However, it is entirely at the discretion of the hotels or account holders if they wish to allocate any portion of the commission to the guests from the 30%.
• Lifetime earnings: You will earn a 5% commission on repeat bookings made by the same customer anywhere in the world, for their lifetime.

Booking Methods

• Direct bookings can be made via the web portal.
• Agents can generate and display a QR code for guests to pre-book taxi services.

Payment and Commission Tracking

• Booking details and payments will be visible in your account once a customer books and pays by card.
• Commissions are tracked and credited to your account after the journey is completed by our driver.

Weekly Statements and Payments

• Statements summarizing all completed journeys are generated weekly (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59).
• Statements are issued the following Monday or Tuesday.

Earnings Potential

• Individual agents can earn over £10K monthly.
• Hotel owners and managers can earn significantly higher amounts based on the volume of bookings and repeat customers.

Agent Responsibilities

• Agents must promote Global Airport Taxi services in a professional manner.
• Agents are responsible for displaying the QR code and encouraging guests to use it for bookings.

Compliance

• Agents must comply with all applicable laws and regulations..
• Any fraudulent activities or misuse of the program will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.

Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
• Upon termination, no further commissions will be earned, but commissions on completed journeys will be paid out.

Limitation of Liability

• Global Airport Taxi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.
• Our total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you.

Modification of Terms

• Global Airport Taxi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided through your registered email.

Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Data Protection and Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect personal data when you register, including your name, contact information, and payment details.
• Data Usage: Your data will be used solely for managing your participation in the program, processing payments, and communicating with you.
• Data Sharing: We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or for processing payments through secure channels.
• Data Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
• Data Retention: Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions or as required by law.

Contractual Agreement

• Contract Formation: By creating an account and participating in the Global Airport Taxi Partner Program, a contract is formed between you (the Agent) and QMH TECHNOLOGIES LTD trading as Global Airport Taxi.
• Duration: This agreement is valid from the date of account creation until terminated by either party as per the termination clause.
• Duties and Obligations: Both parties agree to fulfill their respective duties as outlined in these terms and conditions.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information received during the term of this agreement confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

By creating an account and participating in the Global Airport Taxi Partner Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our Data Protection and Privacy Policy.
