These Terms & Conditions (T&C) and Privacy Policy govern your use of the Global Airport Taxi (GAT) platform. Whether you are a customer booking a ride, an agent booking on behalf of customers, or a partner affiliated with GAT, you agree to the following terms upon accessing, browsing, or interacting with our services.

Definitions

Customer: An individual who books a ride using the GAT website.

Agent: An individual or entity that books on behalf of customers.

Partner: Includes agents, hotels, airlines, concierges, or any account holder who earns commission through bookings.

Service Provider: Transport operators who fulfill ride requests.

Platform: The Global Airport Taxi website and booking interface.

General Booking Terms (Applicable to All)

  • GAT is a booking platform. We are not the direct service provider.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices shown include applicable partner and platform margins.
  • Customers must ensure accurate flight, pickup, and contact details.
  • No-shows or incorrect details may result in charges without refund.

Customer Terms

  • By booking a ride, you agree to be contacted via phone/SMS/WhatsApp for journey updates.
  • You are responsible for being at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
  • Refunds are subject to cancellation policy outlined during booking.
  • Your personal information is protected under our data protection policy.

Terms for Agents

  • Agents must ensure correct details for each booking.
  • Agents are responsible for informing the customer of booking conditions.
  • GAT will credit commission weekly to the registered agent account.
  • Misuse or fraud will result in termination and withheld payments.

Partner Terms

  • Partners (hotels, concierges, airlines) receive unique QR codes and links.
  • Any booking initiated through these assets will be tracked and rewarded.
  • Partners may offer rides to customers but may not charge any markup.
  • GAT reserves the right to audit partner accounts for compliance.
  • Commissions are payable weekly for completed, non-cancelled journeys.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.
  • Information collected (e.g., name, email, phone, travel info) is used for booking purposes only.
  • We never sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties without consent.
  • All partner and customer data is stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Security & Compliance

  • Payment data is processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or certified gateways.
  • We utilize SSL encryption across the platform.
  • All transport providers are vetted and licensed under local authority requirements.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made within the terms on your booking email may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable unless fault lies with the transport provider.
  • Agents and partners must notify customers of these conditions at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

  • GAT is not responsible for delays, vehicle issues, or service quality rendered by the transport provider.
  • Our responsibility ends once a booking is forwarded to the provider and confirmed.
