Choosing a vehicle
Seats are only half the question: luggage decides more choices than people expect. Start with who is travelling, then check the bag count against the vehicle. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one, because a squeezed journey after a long flight is rarely worth the saving. Vehicle capacities are typical for each type, and your quote confirms what is offered for your route.
One or two travellers with a suitcase each. The Saloon takes up to 3 passengers and 3 bags. Choose the Executive for a more premium car (3 passengers, 2 bags).
Up to 5 passengers with 4 bags fit in the Estate, which gives more boot space than a saloon for holiday luggage.
The Van takes up to 8 passengers and 7 bags, and the Executive MPV up to 7 passengers and 7 bags in a more premium vehicle.
When a car is not enough, choose a minibus or coach: 8, 16, 30 or 50 seats, so the whole group arrives together.
A quick rule: count suitcases, golf bags, prams and sports equipment as well as passengers. Enter them when you get your quote so a suitable vehicle is offered, and add child seats at the same time.

A private transfer is for your group only and goes straight to your address. A shared shuttle follows a set route and may make several stops, which can add time. A street taxi is metered or tariff-based, and you queue at the rank. Ride-hailing prices can change with demand, and some airports restrict pickups to certain zones. The time varies a lot between airports and times of day, so give your real flight number when you book and keep your phone on when you land. If your flight is delayed, we monitor flight status and adjust the pickup, so there is no need to rebook.
