How to book a group transfer
Four steps, with the fare shown before you pay.
- Tell us the groupPassengers, bags, date, time and the flight details.
- See the fare and the vehicleThe booking page shows the vehicles for your route, with the total fare. For a very large group, contact us so we can plan it with you.
- Pay and confirmPay by Visa, American Express, PayPal or Google Pay. Your confirmation names the driver and the vehicle.
- Meet the driverThe driver waits inside Arrivals with a name board and follows your flight.

What vehicles can I book for a group?
An 8-seater minibus, a 16-seater minicoach, a 30-seater coach and a 50-seater coach, plus a van for 8 passengers with 7 bags. See the fleet page.
Is the fare per person?
No: it covers the whole vehicle. Choose the vehicle that fits your passengers and bags.
How do I get a quote for a group?
Press Get Quote on the booking page, or send the passengers, bags, date and flight details to bookings@globalairporttaxi.com. The fare is shown before you pay.
Is there luggage space for the whole group?
Tell us how much luggage you have when you book. For the larger vehicles the number of bags is on request.
Will the driver wait if the flight is late?
Yes: we follow your flight, so a delay moves the pickup. Up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing are included for airport arrivals.
Can I cancel a group booking?
Cancellation is free until 24 hours before pickup. After that, our terms and privacy page apply. For a large booking, check the conditions when you book.
Can we bring child seats, golf clubs or wheelchairs?
Yes, with notice. Child seats are free on request. Tell us about golf clubs, surfboards or wheelchairs when you book.
Do you serve groups outside the UK?
Yes: we arrange airport transfers in 81 countries. Availability depends on the route and the date, and the booking page shows the vehicles for your journey.
Do you offer business accounts for groups?
Teams that travel often can ask about corporate accounts with monthly billing. See the corporate accounts page.
