It is booked, held and confirmed with a driver and a class. There is no queue, no app and no availability question at the point you need it.
VIP Event Transport – Luxury Chauffeur & Private Cars
Chauffeur-driven cars and larger vehicles for events, booked in advance with a professional licensed driver and quoted for the whole vehicle rather than per guest. Arrivals at a venue, collections from a hotel, airport pick-ups for guests flying in, and the journey home at the end of the evening. Twelve vehicle classes from a saloon to a fifty-seat coach, across the United Kingdom, Spain and France. Tell us the venue, the date and the party, and the figure comes back before anything is confirmed.

An event has one fixed point — the moment you have to be at the door. Everything else is arithmetic, and we do it.
- Arrival time firstYou name the hour you need to be at the door; the pick-up is worked back from it
- One vehicle, one priceQuoted for the car rather than per guest, and fixed before anything is confirmed
- A licensed driverNamed on your confirmation, with the vehicle, before the day
Booking
Book Professional VIP Event Transport
One form, one vehicle, one figure — settled before the day.
Give the pick-up address, the venue, the date and the time you need to be there, and the quote comes back for the whole vehicle before anything is confirmed. The booking is for a named class of car with a professional licensed driver. What makes an event booking different from any other journey is simply which end is fixed: usually the arrival, not the departure.
- The event and its dateWhat it is and when. A date with a venue behind it is enough to start.
- The venue, with its addressNot the name alone. Large venues have several approaches and only one of them is yours.
- Where each party sets offA hotel, a private address or an airport. One line per group if there is more than one.
- The hour you must be thereThe arrival time, not the departure time. The second one is ours to work out.
- Passengers and luggageCounted separately. The bags decide the class more often than the heads do.
- The return, if there is oneA collection time and a collection point, agreed now rather than found later.
Private Chauffeur Services for VIP Guests
A guest who has been invited rather than organised is the simplest booking on the page and the one most often got wrong. What they need is a vehicle at a named address at a named time, and a driver who already knows the venue and the name on the door. What they do not need is to be handed a reference number and told to telephone somebody on the night.
So the arrangement is made once, in writing, and the confirmation carries the driver and the vehicle. If the guest is arriving by air first, that is the same booking rather than a second one — see the airport paragraph further down.
Luxury Vehicle Hire with a Professional Driver
Every booking here is a vehicle with a driver. There is no self-drive option and none is offered here. That distinction matters more at an event than anywhere else: a driver who stays with the car can move it, reposition it and bring it back to a door, which is precisely what a venue forecourt makes impossible for a guest who has parked.
One-Way, Return and Multi-Stop Journeys
A one-way booking is a single journey to the venue. A return is two journeys, booked together or separately at the same price either way, each with its own collection time. A multi-stop journey collects at more than one address on the way — two guests from two hotels, or a stop for photographs before the venue — and every address needs to be on the booking, because a stop added on the night is a different journey from the one that was quoted.
Availability and price both depend on the vehicle class, the date and the route. Nothing on a service page is a reservation; the confirmation is.
Occasions
VIP Transportation for Different Types of Events
Six kinds of evening, and what each one actually needs from a vehicle.
The event changes the logistics far more than it changes the car. A ceremony with a timed arrival needs the pick-up calculated backwards. A conference needs the same vehicle doing several runs. A concert needs a collection point agreed before anybody goes in, because afterwards the street outside will not allow a conversation about it.
Red-Carpet Events and Award Ceremonies
The arrival slot is the whole job. Tell us the time you must be at the door and the pick-up is calculated backwards from it, with the queue of cars that forms outside this kind of venue already allowed for. Set-down points are the venue’s to decide, not ours, so confirm theirs when you book — at a managed arrival the car joins a line and leaves immediately afterwards, which changes where your return begins.
Corporate Galas and Business Events
Usually several separate collections converging on one address at one time: executives from an office, clients from different hotels, a speaker from an airport. Each is its own booking with its own pick-up time, which is both simpler to run and far simpler to change when one guest moves. The vehicle class is often the executive car rather than anything larger, because these are one- and two-person journeys.
Private Parties and Exclusive Celebrations
Door to door, and the door is usually a house rather than a venue. Send the full address, a gate or barrier code if there is one, and a note of where the car should wait if the drive will not hold it. For a party of six or more leaving from one address, one MPV beats two saloons on every count including the price.
Concerts, Premieres and Entertainment Events
Getting there is straightforward. Getting out is not, and that is where these bookings are won or lost. Agree the collection point when you book the outward leg rather than on the night: streets around a venue close, traffic marshals move cars on, and a driver who cannot reach the door needs a named corner to work to instead.
Conferences, Exhibitions and VIP Hospitality
Delegations move repeatedly between a hotel, a venue and often a dinner, and each leg is its own journey with its own time. A sixteen-seat minicoach doing three runs is usually both cheaper and tidier than three cars doing nine, and it has the practical advantage that the group cannot be split across vehicles that arrive minutes apart.
VIP Airport Arrivals and Event Transfers
A guest flying in is met at the meeting point with a name board, and the booking follows the flight number rather than the clock, so an early or a late landing does not leave anybody standing. Airport to hotel, or airport straight to venue, is one booking rather than two — and if the guest needs an hour at the hotel first, that is simply two journeys booked at once.
This is the one place where an event booking meets the airport work, and the two should not be booked twice. A guest landing and going on to a hotel or straight to a venue is a single journey with a flight number attached. For the airport-specific detail — terminals, meeting points, what a delayed flight changes — our airport transfer service covers it properly, and none of it is repeated here.
No figure printed here is a quote. Quotes are produced against the real addresses, the real date and the real party, and that is the only number that binds us.
Vehicles
Our VIP Event Transport Vehicle Options
Every class we book, with its published passenger and luggage figures.
Choose by the party and the luggage, in that order, and then by the car. Every capacity below is the one published on our own fleet page — passengers and bags, per class, not adjectives. What we do not publish is a manufacturer or a model, because the vehicle supplied is whichever one is available in that class on the day, and naming one we cannot guarantee would be a promise rather than a specification.
| Vehicle class | Passengers | Luggage | Book it for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Saloon | Up to 4 | 3 large (3 passengers), or 2 large and 2 hand bags (4 passengers) | One guest or a couple arriving at a venue with ordinary luggage |
| Executive car | Up to 3 | 2 large and 2 hand bags | The single VIP arrival: fewer seats than a saloon, a better car |
| Estate car | Up to 4 | 3 large and 3 hand bags | Four travelling with display material, instruments or sports kit |
| MPV, 5-seater | Up to 5 | Up to 4 large suitcases | A small party kept together in one vehicle |
| MPV, 6-seater | Up to 6 | 4 to 5 large suitcases | Six guests from one hotel to one venue |
| Executive 7-seater | Up to 7 | Up to 7 bags | A speaker and their team, or a family party, with room to work en route |
| Executive MPV | Up to 7 | Up to 7 bags | The same seven seats in a higher-specification vehicle |
| Van, 8-seater | Up to 8 | Up to 7 bags | Eight with luggage, the usual answer for a crew rather than a guest list |
| 8-seater minibus | Up to 8 | 6 to 8 large suitcases | Eight where the cases outnumber the people |
| 16-seater minicoach | Up to 16 | 14 bags | A delegation, a touring party or a wedding group in one vehicle |
| 30-seater coach | Up to 30 | 30 bags | A conference shuttle, or a full guest list in one movement |
| 50-seater coach | Up to 50 | 48 bags | The largest single vehicle we book; a venue transfer for a whole audience |
Capacities are the published maxima for the class. A full load of passengers and a full load of luggage are rarely the same booking, so if your party is near the limit of a class, the class above is usually the better evening.
Executive Saloon Cars
The single-guest arrival. An executive car seats three with two large and two hand bags, which is fewer seats than a standard saloon and a better car; a standard saloon takes up to four. For one or two people arriving at a venue with evening luggage, either is right and the executive is the one people mean when they say chauffeur.

Premium Vehicles, and What That Phrase Is Worth
"Premium" on a transport page usually means a photograph of a car nobody has promised you. What it means here is a specific class: the executive car and the executive MPV, which are the higher-specification options in the fleet and are booked by name. Beyond that we are not going to grade vehicles with adjectives, because the car that arrives is the one available in the class you booked, and that is the only thing we can actually hold to.
Executive MPVs for Small Groups
Between five and seven guests travelling together is the commonest event booking after the single arrival, and it is where the luggage figure earns its place: a six-seat MPV takes four to five large suitcases, while an executive seven-seater takes up to seven bags. A party of six with six cases is not a six-seater, and finding that out on a forecourt is an expensive way to learn it.
Luxury Minibuses and Coaches for Event Groups
Above eight, the fleet is sold by seat count and the luggage figures stay published: a sixteen-seat minicoach carries fourteen bags, a thirty-seat coach thirty, and a fifty-seat coach forty-eight. These are the vehicles our own fleet page already associates with events — the minicoach for "Teams, tours, events and family reunions" and the fifty-seat coach for "Large tours, weddings and corporate events".

Coordination
VIP Guest Pickup, Arrivals and Departure Coordination
Where the car waits, when it returns, and who knows which.
Three details decide whether an event transfer works: the exact pick-up point, the time the vehicle is due at the venue, and the collection arrangement afterwards. The first two are usually settled sensibly. The third is the one left until the evening itself, and it is the one that goes wrong.
Scheduled Pickups and Venue Drop-Offs
Give the address the vehicle should come to, not the general area, and the time you need to be at the venue rather than the time you would like to leave. Those are different instructions and only the second one survives traffic.
Venue drop-off points are set by the venue. Large events run a managed approach with a queue of cars, a single set-down and no waiting afterwards; smaller ones will let a car stop at the door. Confirm which yours is when you book, because it changes where you are left standing.

A driver booked for 19:00 at an address will be there at 19:00. A driver booked to reach a venue by 19:00 leaves earlier, and how much earlier is our problem rather than yours.
It sounds like a small distinction. It is the difference between arriving during the reception and arriving during the speeches, and it costs nothing to get right at the point of booking.
Hotel, Airport and Private Address Collections
All three are ordinary pick-ups and all three want the same thing: a specific point. A hotel means the entrance the hotel uses for cars, which is not always the one on the front. An airport means a meeting point inside, with a name board, against a flight number. A private address means the full address and any gate or barrier code.
Return Journeys and Post-Event Collections
A return is booked as its own journey with its own time. That is the honest description and it is better than the alternative, because a vehicle nominally "waiting" is a vehicle somebody has to find in a street full of identical cars at eleven at night.
So: agree the collection point when you book the outward leg. A named corner, a hotel entrance, a side street the venue uses — anything specific. If the evening runs long, tell us as early as you can rather than at the moment you are ready to leave.
Several Guests, Several Vehicles
Guests setting off from different addresses are separate journeys, each with its own pick-up and its own confirmation. A party travelling together from one address is a single larger vehicle. Which arrangement is right is decided by the geography rather than by the head count, and an organiser with a guest list is usually looking at a mixture of both.
- Pick-up
- A specific address, not an area
- Arrival
- The time you must be at the venue
- Drop-off point
- Set by the venue — confirm theirs
- Return
- Its own booking, agreed in advance
- Flight guests
- Flight number, met at the meeting point
Prices
VIP Event Transport Prices and Booking Quotes
What moves a quote, what does not, and why no example figure is printed.
The price is for the vehicle, not per guest, and it is fixed before you confirm. What it comes to depends on the route, the class and the hour — and no specimen figure is printed below, because an invented example on a service page is the number that gets quoted back at you later.
What Determines a VIP Event Transport Price
- Where, and how far
- The dominant factor. A cross-city transfer and a run from an airport two hours away are different bookings.
- Which class
- A coach costs more than a saloon because it is a larger vehicle, not because more people are sitting in it.
- What time
- Late evening and overnight work costs more to staff than a weekday afternoon, and a public holiday more again.
- How many stops
- Each additional collection address is more driving and more time, and both are priced at booking rather than added afterwards.
- The date itself
- Event season is a real constraint. A December Saturday is not an ordinary Saturday for anyone running vehicles.
- Anything extra
- A child seat, an unusual item of luggage, a long gap between two legs. All settled on the quote.
One-Way Journeys, Returns and Longer Arrangements
A journey is quoted as a journey: a stated pick-up to a stated destination at a stated time. A return is two of those. For an evening that needs a vehicle across several hours or several legs, send the whole itinerary and it is quoted as a whole — we would rather look at the real shape of the night than sell you a product that does not fit it.
Event pricing moves with the date more than with the distance. Treat anything written here as the shape of the answer rather than the answer.
How to Get a Quote
Send the date, the pick-up address, the venue, the time you need to arrive, the party size and whether you want a return. That is enough for a figure. If the evening is more complicated than that — several guests, several addresses, a gap in the middle — send the itinerary as it stands and the gaps can be filled in afterwards.
Rather talk it through? WhatsApp reaches us, and the contact page takes the same details in writing.
Coverage
Where We Arrange VIP Event Transport
Three markets, and a number for each that you can check yourself.
We arrange event transport in the United Kingdom, Spain and France. The honest way to state coverage is to count the airports we already publish pages for rather than to colour in a map, so that is what the table does — 53 airport pages across the three. Event work uses the same drivers and the same vehicles as that network.
| Market | Airport pages | What that covers |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | 24 | London’s airports, plus Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Glasgow, and the long runs down to the south-coast ports. |
| Spain | 19 | The mainland cities and the islands together — Madrid, Barcelona and Seville through to Mallorca, Ibiza and the Canaries. |
| France | 10 | All three Paris airports, the Riviera at Nice and Marseille, and the regional cities from Lyon to Bordeaux. |
These figures are counted from our own published pages as they stood on 23 October 2026. They are a floor rather than a boundary: a venue is a venue whether or not there is an airport page near it, so if your event is somewhere not listed, ask.
The United Kingdom
Pages for every major UK airport, from the five around London to Manchester, Birmingham and the two Scottish cities. The UK is also the one market where the licensing position is specific enough to be worth stating outright: London private hire drivers are licensed by Transport for London and carry a PCO badge, and ours are DBS-checked. Outside London, drivers are licensed by their local council.
Useful alongside this one: our UK airport index, and group transfers for a delegation rather than a guest.
Spain
The mainland and the islands together — Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Valencia through to Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and the Canaries. Spanish event work is heavily seasonal and heavily island-based, which is a polite way of saying that a vehicle in August has to be held a long way in advance.
The full list is on our Spain airport index.
France
All three Paris airports, Nice and Marseille on the Riviera, and the regional cities from Lyon and Toulouse to Bordeaux and Nantes. The Riviera in particular is a festival and conference coast, and the same caution about booking early applies there for the same reason.
The full list is on our France airport index.
Why a chauffeur
Why Choose a Chauffeur-Driven Car for VIP Events?
The practical case, stated conditionally rather than shouted.
A chauffeur-driven booking buys three things an event actually needs: a vehicle that is already yours, an arrival time somebody else has calculated, and a driver who knows the venue before the evening starts. It does not buy immunity from traffic, and anyone promising guaranteed punctuality for a city centre on a Saturday night is selling something.
You state the hour you must be at the door. Working back from it — route, time of day, the queue at the venue — is our job.
The venue, the address and the name on the booking are all on the job before the driver sets off, rather than explained at the kerb.
No second party, no detour, no stop you did not ask for. You leave when your door closes.
Quoted for the vehicle and fixed. Whatever the evening does, the price is not part of it.
Two hotels, a stop on the way, a different return point. All bookable, as long as it is on the booking rather than in somebody’s head.
And what it does not buy
We will be specific, because this is the part of the subject most pages are vague about. No security or protection of any kind. No escort. No guaranteed access to a forecourt, a drop-off point or a venue — those belong to the venue. No guaranteed journey time, because no one can give you one. And no confidentiality beyond the ordinary handling of your booking details.
What is actually promised is narrow and checkable: a vehicle of the class you booked, a licensed driver, a stated time and a fixed price.
What a booking costs is settled when it is made. A page cannot know what a Saturday in December looks like when you read it.
Organisers
VIP Transport for Event Organisers and Corporate Clients
For the person holding the guest list rather than the invitation.
An organiser has a different problem from a guest: not one journey but a set of them, arriving at one place at one time from several directions. The practical approach is to treat each as its own booking with its own confirmation, and to keep one list of them yourself — which is simpler to change when a guest moves, and simpler to check the night before.
Coordinating Guest Arrivals
Work backwards from the venue. Fix the hour everybody must be there, then each guest’s pick-up is calculated from their own address. Guests do not all need the same departure time and should not be given one; a guest ten minutes away and a guest an hour away leave at different times to arrive together.
Send the addresses as addresses — hotel names with streets, houses with numbers and postcodes. A guest list with "the Hilton" on it is a guest list with a telephone call in it.
Hotel-to-Venue and Multi-Location Transfers
Conferences and multi-day events usually need the same movement repeated: hotel to venue in the morning, venue to dinner in the evening, back at the end. Each leg is booked with its own time. For a delegation moving together, one minicoach doing three legs is almost always better than three cars doing nine.
Several Vehicles at Once
Where an event needs more than one vehicle, send the whole requirement in one message rather than booking them one at a time — the full picture is what lets the right mixture of classes be put against it. We will not pretend to a dedicated events desk we have not got; what we will do is look at the whole list and come back on it.
Our group transfers page is the right starting point for anything above eight passengers, and corporate transfers for a company booking regularly rather than once.
What to Send, and What You Get Back
Send the event date, the venue with its address, the arrival time, each pick-up address, each party size, and the return arrangement if there is one. What comes back is a quote per vehicle and, once confirmed, a confirmation per journey carrying the driver and vehicle details.
How to book
How to Book VIP Event Transport
Four steps, and what each one actually needs from you.
Share the event details, choose the vehicle and party size, review the quote and confirm, then receive the pick-up arrangements in writing. Nothing is taken before you have seen the figure, and the confirmation is the document that governs the booking.
1. Share Your Event Details
The event type or name, the venue and its address, the date, the time you need to be there, and where each party is setting off from. If it is a return, the collection time and point as well.
2. Choose Your Vehicle and Party
Passengers and luggage, counted separately, and the class you want from the table above. If your party sits near the top of a class, say so and we will tell you whether the class above is the better booking.
3. Review the Quote and Confirm
The quote is for the whole vehicle and is shown before anything is confirmed. Confirmation produces a booking reference and the terms that apply to it, including what happens if you need to change or cancel — all of which are set out in our terms rather than summarised loosely here.
4. Receive Your Pick-Up Arrangements
Your confirmation carries the pick-up address and time, the vehicle class, the driver and vehicle details, and a number to use on the day. If anything changes at your end, write to us as early as you can; a change made the day before is administration, and the same change made at the kerb is a different conversation.

Why us
Why Book VIP Event Transport With Global Airport Taxi?
Eight things that are checkable, and nothing that is not.
Every claim below can be checked against something: our own published fleet and its capacities, our own published airport pages and their count, the licensing regime our drivers work under, and the review platforms the comments sit on. There is no list of awards here, no number of years, and no accreditation, because none was verified.
- Twelve vehicle classes, published
- Passenger and luggage capacities for every one of them, listed above rather than described.
- Licensed drivers, named on the booking
- Every class is clean, modern and driven by a professional, licensed driver. And your confirmation shows the driver and vehicle details.
- A quote before you commit
- For the whole vehicle, shown before anything is confirmed, with nothing taken first.
- Three markets with pages behind them
- The United Kingdom, Spain and France — counted from airport pages that exist, not asserted.
- Airport work and event work in one place
- A guest flying in to an event is one booking with a flight number on it, not two arrangements that have to be joined up.
- Group vehicles up to fifty seats
- The same booking route as a single car, so a delegation does not need a different supplier.
- Reviews that live where they were written
- On the platforms themselves, network-wide, with no score minted here and no rating markup published.
- Plain limits
- What is not offered is written down rather than left to be assumed.
What We Are, Precisely
We are a booking platform. Your transfer is carried out by a licensed private hire driver. That is worth stating on a page with the word VIP in the title, because the alternative is to let the reader assume a private chauffeur company with its own garage. What we actually do is take the booking, quote it, assign the class and hold it with a licensed driver — and carry the responsibility for that arrangement being right.
More about the company is on our about page, and the comments are on the reviews page.
If a claim matters to your decision and you cannot find it written down here, ask rather than assume. We would rather answer a question than publish something we cannot stand behind.
Reviews
What Our Passengers Say About Their Journeys
Scores and comments from across the network, filtered by platform.
Read the wall below whole or filter it by platform. One thing to say first: these cover every journey we arrange rather than event work alone, and there is no event-only score published anywhere. We are not going to mint one, and a page that shows you a rating it invented has told you something useful about itself.
These scores come from our review widget and cover travellers across the whole network rather than event work alone. Every review stays on the platform where it was written, each appears exactly as its author wrote it, and none of it was written by us. We publish no rating markup from any of it, because a score we do not control is not ours to mint into structured data.

Ready to book your VIP event transport? Tell us the venue and the hour.
Send the date, the venue, where each party is setting off from and how many of you there are. The quote comes back for the whole vehicle before anything is confirmed, with a licensed driver at the other end of it — across the United Kingdom, Spain and France.
