Thousands of passengers trust us every month for their Heathrow Terminal 5 taxi. Here's what makes the difference.
We track your BA or Iberia flight from the moment it takes off. If your plane lands early or suffers delays, your driver is automatically adjusted — no calls, no stress, no extra charge.
Your fare is confirmed at the time of booking and never changes — not for traffic, not for late nights, not for bank holidays. What you see is exactly what you pay.
Your dedicated driver greets you inside Terminal 5 Arrivals, holding a personalised name board at Meeting Point South. No hunting for a cab rank or waiting in queues.
Unlike competitors who offer just 30 minutes, we give you a full hour of complimentary waiting from your flight's scheduled landing — because clearing customs takes as long as it takes.
Every driver is TfL-licensed, DBS-checked, and trained in professional chauffeur etiquette. You'll always travel with a courteous, knowledgeable professional.
Book in under 60 seconds online. You'll receive an immediate confirmation email, SMS with driver details 2 hours before pickup, and a live tracker link on the day.

Everything You Need to Know About Heathrow Terminal 5
Your Complete T5 Arrivals & Taxi Guide
Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 — officially known as the Queen's Terminal — is the UK's busiest single-terminal building and one of the most impressive airport facilities in the world. Opened in March 2008, the terminal processes over 32 million passengers per year and serves as the exclusive home of British Airways and Iberia, covering long-haul, short-haul, and transatlantic routes.
Whether you're arriving from New York, Sydney, Dubai, or Madrid, navigating Terminal 5 smoothly starts with knowing exactly what to expect after you land — and how to find your waiting taxi without wasting a moment.
Terminal 5 is exclusively operated by two airline groups:
Operates the vast majority of Terminal 5 flights — long-haul to North America, Asia, Africa, Middle East, Australia, and European short-haul services.
Operates flights between Heathrow and Madrid (MAD), plus Iberia Express routes to Gran Canaria and Tenerife North.

📱 SMS Confirmation: You'll receive an SMS with your driver's name, mobile number, and vehicle registration — contact them directly if needed.
Our vehicles park in the T5 Short-Stay Car Park — directly adjacent to the terminal building, just a 2–3 minute walk from arrivals exit. No inter-terminal bus, no dragging luggage across the airport.
Tell us your flight time when booking — we'll calculate optimal collection time, accounting for traffic patterns and check-in lead times (3 hours for long-haul, 2 hours for short-haul).

A lot has changed at the Queen's Terminal over the past year — from a higher drop-off charge and a new maximum-stay rule to enforced digital travel permissions and faster biometric gates. Here's an at-a-glance summary of the updates that matter most before you travel.
Updated for 2026
£7
From 1 January 2026 the Terminal Drop-Off Charge rose from £6 to £7 per visit, with a brand-new maximum stay introduced in the forecourt zones.
Effective 25 Feb 2026
Enforced
Visa-exempt visitors must hold a valid Electronic Travel Authorisation to board. British and Irish citizens are exempt.
New Technology
Faster
Upgraded facial-recognition eGates now clear most eligible arrivals in well under two minutes, smoothing the busiest long-haul peaks at T5.
Digital Transition
Transition
Physical immigration documents are being replaced by digital eVisas — link your travel passport to your UKVI account before you fly.
Fixed prices • Meet & greet • Flight tracking included • 24/7 support
Terminal 5 is served by its own forecourt drop-off zone, short-stay and long-stay car parks, plus Heathrow's signature driverless Pod parking. Here's exactly what each costs in 2026 and how to avoid the fees entirely.

📍 Forecourt Drop-Off Zone: Right outside the terminal doors. Quickest, but the £7 charge applies and you can no longer wait around – a 10-minute cap is now enforced.
Free Drop-Off Option
Drop off free of charge within the free grace period, then hop on the complimentary 24-hour shuttle to the terminal.
Directly adjacent to terminal
Covered 2–3 minute walk from arrivals. Ideal for short waits and meeting passengers. Charged by duration.
Business Car Park
Heathrow's unique driverless pods that take you from the car park straight to Terminal 5 – a fun, on-demand option exclusive to T5.
When you book a Global Airport Taxi transfer, the drop-off or pickup charge is already built into your fixed fare. No ANPR cameras, no payment deadlines, no £80 penalty notices – your driver handles all of it.
*Free periods at Long-Stay are time-limited; check current grace window before relying on it.
Blue Badge holders: Exempt from drop-off charges.
Terminal 5 provides four multi-faith prayer rooms, both before and after security. All are open to people of every faith — and of none — and welcome both men and women, supported by Heathrow's Multi Faith Chaplaincy representing six religions.
A multi-faith prayer room sits in the landside check-in area near Zone A — convenient if you'd like a quiet moment before clearing security.
An airside prayer room in the main T5 departures area (toward the A-gates) gives you a calm space close to the shops and lounges while you wait to board.
A further quiet room is located deeper into the gate areas, so worshippers don't have to walk back toward the central concourse before their flight.
A prayer room is also provided in the T5B satellite — reachable via the free automated transit train if your gate is in B or C.
Dedicated foot-washing facilities are limited inside the rooms, so allow a little extra time. Some prayer rooms provide wudu stones for those who wish to perform tayammum (dry ablution) as an alternative.
Heathrow's chaplaincy team supports passengers and staff of all beliefs. A central airport chapel sits between Terminals 2 and 3, with Friday Jumu'ah prayers traditionally held at 13:00 — a short transit from T5.

— Where & How —
No Airside Smoking at T5 (After Security)
Unlike Terminals 2 and 4, Terminal 5 has no designated smoking area beyond security. Once you're through, the only way to smoke is to exit landside and re-clear security — which can take a long time and is not advised. E-cigarettes and vaping are treated identically to tobacco.
Designated outdoor smoking points just outside the main T5 departures doors — your last chance before security.
Outdoor smoking shelters near terminal exits — light up before heading to your taxi or car park.
Smoking banned in all indoor areas — lounges, restaurants, shops, gates, and station included.
Long layover & need to smoke?
Terminals 2 and 4 have small outdoor airside areas, but transferring from T5 means re-clearing security twice — allow ~90 minutes round trip. The outdoor area before security is the practical choice.
From the moment your aircraft docks to walking out into Arrivals, most passengers take between 30 and 90 minutes. Here's how that time typically breaks down at Terminal 5 in 2026 — and the official Border Force targets.
If you land at T5B or T5C satellites, a free automated transit train brings you to the main building.
Eligible travellers use biometric eGates — often under two minutes. Staffed desks may take longer.
Usually the biggest variable. Hand-luggage-only travellers skip this entirely.
Walk through into the Arrivals hall — where your driver waits at Meeting Point South.
25 min
UK / EEA / Swiss target
Border Force aims to clear 90% of UK, EEA and Swiss nationals within 25 minutes at passport control.
45 min
Other nationalities target
For travellers from outside the EEA, the target is to clear 95% within 45 minutes.
2026 note: ETA, eVisa & the EU's EES
Carry your UK ETA (or eVisa) confirmation. The EU's new Entry/Exit System affects onward travel into Europe — it does not apply when entering the UK, so it won't slow your T5 arrival.
Fixed prices • Meet & greet • Flight tracking included • 24/7 support
